Wonderful Citrus – budget and forecasting solution for Paramount Citrus was a multi-phase implementation of Hyperion Planning. Their business environment is very dynamic due to large acquisitions and fundamental changes in how they run their business. The solution needed to be as flexible as possible to accommodate these changes and minimize the cost of the changes and additions.
We had 18 month project at Wonderful Citrus which was broken down to 3 phases:
Phase I – Initial Development followed by UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by the business
Phase II – Enhancement of applications for additional businesses & UAT
Phase III – Included support for all applications for first budget cycle, automating balance sheet & cashflow
