Activision – Developed product planning application implementation; a forecasting model that leverages a series of business rules, forms, and defined security roles required to define the business process: calculated and allocated product development, royalty, and all other variable costs across the life cycle of Product lines. Calculated revenue based on user input assumptions and amortized costs, using business rules to match revenue and related costs. Provided cash flow analysis and accrual based financial reports to aid in the planning of key product releases for Activision. Integrated business process into the reporting application utilizing custom Forms, defined security roles, and process management.
Atmel Corporation – Developed complete budgeting/forecasting solution that included Revenue, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenses and Workforce Planning, along with cost center and profit center allocations.
Primary responsibilities included implementation of Workforce Planning and Capex modules as well as co-development of global allocation model supporting shared service chargeback and product profitability.
